Check Engine Oil Level

1. Before riding the motorcycle each day, check the engine oil level The level on the dipstick must remain between the higher (2) and lower (3) level markers (1). While the engine is running, let it idle for a while. Hold the motorcycle on its main stand and turn off the engine. After a short while, take out the oil filler cap/dipstick (1), clean it off, and then reinstall the dipstick without tightening it. On the dipstick, the oil level should be between the higher (2) and lower (3) markers. Add the appropriate oil up to the top level mark as necessary. Avoid overfilling.

Fuel Check

1. Turn the ignition key (2) to the right to release the fuel tank cap.
2. Utilize the "Super Premier" or "Supreme" brand of 87 octane fuel. Get fuel from another gas station or use a higher octane fuel if your engine starts to knock.
3. Petrol is extremely flammable and can occasionally ignite. Make sure the engine is off and there are no flames or lit cigarettes nearby before opening the fuel tank top.
4. Please turn off your mobile devices while you fill up at the gas station.

Brakes Check

Front Brake adjustment

Adjusting the front brakes Lift the front wheel off the ground while supporting the bike with a block. Measure the distance the brake lever (1) goes before the brake begins to engage by manually rotating the wheel. Calling this "Free play" (2). Ideal range is between 10 and 20 mm. Use the Adjuster (3) on the front wheel to make the necessary adjustments. repeatedly press the brake. After removing the brake, look for unrestricted movement of the front wheel

Rear Brake Adjustment.

Brake Adjustment on the Rear On the main stand, support the motorcycle. By manually turning the wheel, you can determine how far the brake pedal (1) travels before the brake begins to engage. The proper free play (2) range is 20–30 mm. Use Adjustment (3), which is mounted on the back wheel, to make the necessary adjustments. By repeatedly applying and releasing the brake, check the wheel's freedom of movement.

Tyres.

Battery.

Between the higher level mark (1) and the lower level mark, the electrolyte level should be maintained (2). Add distilled water to boost the level if it is too low. Using a plastic funnel or syringe, fill the container with distilled water. The left side cover contains the battery.
Be careful to place the battery breather tube where the photo shows it to avoid damaging the battery while installing it. Watch out that the tube doesn't twist or bend. Regularly, check the electrolyte level once a month; in warmer conditions, check it weekly.

Chain Adjustment

Drive If the chain is regularly adjusted and greased, it will last longer.
Before riding, always oil a chain drive that appears to be dry. Inspection
"Stop the car. Place the motorcycle on its main stand while shifting into neutral.
By removing the rubber cover, the inspection hole lid in the bottom chain cover can be opened (2).
By placing your fingers on the chain links and rotating them up and down
, you may adjust drive Chain Slack (3)
. When turning the back wheel manually, there should be uniform chain slack. If it is not uniform,
it is likely blocked by a chain link that has been bent. It can often be fixed with lubrication. Drive Chain Slack must not exceed On 125cc Honda bikes, the adjustment should be made at 10-20 mm and 20-30 mm, respectively.
Adjustment Activate the rear axle nut (1).
To reach the required limit, turn the adjustment nut (2).
Rear axle bolts should be tightened when the chain adjusters' two sides meet at index mark (3).
(Torque: 4.0 – 5.0 kgf.m.)
Enforce the adjustment nuts.
Examine the rear brake pedal's free play and make any necessary adjustments.
Even after tightening the rear axle screw all the way, if there is still too much chain slack, it is a sign that the chain needs to be replaced since it is worn out.
Lubrication Add a thick layer of SAE 80 or 90 gear oil, or a particular chain lubricant, to the drive chain after every 500 kilometres

Clutch Adjustment

Clutch lever (2) needs to be adjusted if any of the following occur: -

Engine stalls while shifting gears;

- Motorbike creeps even when clutch lever is depressed; -
Clutch continues to slip; -
Motorcycle speed is excessive compared to engine speed.
Clutch lever free play
(1) is 10–20 mm;
to modify free play,
loosen Lock Nut
(3).
Adjust the clutch cable adjuster to provide the necessary free play
(4). After tightening the lock nut, double-check the operation. Start the engine, depress the clutch, shift into gear, and then check to see if the issue has been rectified. By opening the throttle, gradually release the clutch lever.
The motorcycle must start normally, and its speed must gradually increase
